Image Licensing Policy

1. Purpose of the processing of images

At Diversport Torremolinos, a not-for-profit sports club, we use photographs taken during its sporting and cultural activities in order to promote the Club via diverse media, mostly on social media and our Club’s website. These images are used to document and share key moments of what we do.

2. Participants’ consent

Consent for the use of images is obtained via a checkbox on the registration form available on our website. Participants may review the image-licensing document before giving their consent. The form is also available in hard-copy format to be signed, as necessary.

3. Data controller

4. Conservation of images

Images of activities will be conserved indefinitely, as they constitute a historical record of the Club, and they will be used whenever necessary for the purposes mentioned.
